We are dedicated to sawing hardwood (for carpentry, construction, decoration, interior covering, interior floors, decks, native wood tongues, among other products), soft wood (braces, posts, exterior decks, tongues, among others).
We have a carpentry sector, dedicated to the production of products
ordered and designed by us and customers.
Woods
WIDTH
Aspect
Pink ocher color, red to dark red, oblique to intertwined grain, fine and homogeneous texture.
Characteristics
Hard, heavy wood, dense, difficult to saw and nail, very durable in the elements, resistant to insects, takes finishes well.
Applications
Excellent for outdoors due to its natural resistance to weathering, even in contact with the ground, used in construction, carpentry, bridge beams, posts.
CAÑAFISTOLA
Aspect
Pinkish brown to dark pinkish color, beautiful veining.
Characteristics
Hardwood, strong and elastic, heavy, weather resistant, tends to twist, dries slowly.
Applications
Construction and carpentry, bodywork, joinery, turning, frames, doors and windows, floors, decks, braces, beams, posts.
GRAPIA
Aspect
Light yellowish white, ocher yellow, shine and soft veining, fine texture.
Characteristics
Hard wood, good weather durability, not very stable, tends to
warp and split at the ends, susceptible to fungus but resistant to insects, fair machining performance, dry difficult to work, difficult to nail, poor drying, relatively hard to saw, brushes and polishes easily, takes well varnishes but not paints.
Applications
Outdoor constructions, carpentry, doors and windows, frames,
bodies, floors, interior coverings, sheets, shipbuilding due to its high silicon content.
CEDAR
Appearance
reddish brown, pronounced grain, pleasant and soft golden shine, pleasant smell, oblique grain.
Characteristics
Light to medium-heavy wood, excellent stability, very good mechanical properties, easy to work, polishes well, easy to nail, takes glues and varnishes well, susceptible to moths.
Applications
Ideal for furniture making, carpentry work, musical instruments, interior coverings, turning, shipbuilding.
GUATEMBU
Aspect
Yellowish white, slight veining, medium soft shine, fine texture and
uniform, straight grain.
Characteristics
hard, medium heavy, strong and flexible, easy to work, high density, good
finish, susceptible to fungi, very hard to nail, low resistance to humidity, not suitable for exterior uses.
Applications
Excellent for furniture, carpentry, ideal for floors and parquet due to its
wear resistance, turning, plywood and sheets.
LAUREL
Aspect
The color of the laurel wood is gray white and yellowish white and that of the heartwood varies from beige white to golden yellowish color. Some species in this group have an ash gray wood color. Laurel wood is poorly differentiated. The woody rays are visible and thin.
Characteristics
It is extremely durable and resistant, making it ideal for use in humid environments or near water. It is also resistant to termites and other insects, is naturally water resistant, and can withstand prolonged exposure to moisture without rotting.
Applications
General carpentry, opening frames, furniture, paneling, interior finishes, boats, instruments, flooring, good for plywood and veneer and toy making.
PETERIBI (BLACK PARROT)
Aspect
Brown – greenish brown color, well-marked veins, medium to
thick, straight grain, excellent aesthetic attributes.
Characteristics
Semi-hard wood, light to semi-heavy, medium density, low permeability, easy to work, receives a good finish, good stability for interior uses, tends to crack when drying, good resistance to bending.
Applications
Fine furniture, coverings, sheets; civil constructions,
boats; carpentry, sheets, turning, sculptures, machimbre,
tool handles.
TEAM
Aspect
Brown – greenish brown color, well-marked veins, medium to
thick, straight grain, excellent aesthetic attributes.
Characteristics
Semi-hard wood, light to semi-heavy, medium density, low permeability, easy to work, receives a good finish, good stability for interior uses, tends to crack when drying, good resistance to bending.

Fine furniture, coverings, sheets; civil constructions,

ZOITA
Aspect
Yellow - ocher color, pronounced veins, fine and homogeneous texture, straight or somewhat oblique grain.
Characteristics
Semi-hard and semi-heavy wood, moderately stable, not very strong, not resistant to humidity, low resistance to bending and compression, good workability, easy to saw, takes varnishes and paints well, susceptible to fungi, not recommended outdoors.
Applications
Carpentry, furniture, ceilings, floors, frames, doors and windows, tool handles, good for turning and sculptures, musical instruments, sheets because it is easy to rewind.
GUAYUBIRA
Aspect
Light brown to pinkish and dark brown color with black veins, fine to medium and homogeneous texture, slight natural shine, straight to oblique grain.
Characteristics
Extremely hard wood, but easy to work and saw, good
stability, shock resistant, stands out for its high flexibility, easy drying, durable exposed to the elements, susceptible to attack by insects and fungi.
Applications
Parquet, floors, decks, veneer sheets, ceilings, braces, beams,
openings and frames, stairs, coverings, furniture, gates, sleeves, gaps, crafts, tool handles, curved articles, artisanal use.
MARMELERO
Aspect
Brown and ocher to reddish color with dark brown, marked veining, pleasant fragrance, slight natural shine, fine and heterogeneous texture, straight grain.
Characteristics
Excellent semi-hard, heavy wood, with excellent properties and finish,
pronounced contractions, difficult to saw, hard to nail and screw,
easy to plan and sand.
Applications
Carpentry, furniture, braces, tongue and groove joints, tool handles, floors, parquet, rods, door and window frames.
YELLOW BLACKBERRY
Aspect
Yellowish, lemon yellow color, when exposed to light it becomes darker, orange-brown, attractive marked shine, fine texture, variable grain.
Characteristics
Hard and resistant wood, stable, difficult to work and nail, high density, reduced shrinkage, very durable and resistant to fungi and insects.
Applications
Excellent for floors due to its low shrinkage, hardness and stability and for roof braces due to its high resistance to bending, furniture, turning, civil construction, carpentry, sleepers.
CANCHARANA
Aspect
Dark brown to reddish brown, pinkish yellowish sapwood, attractive veins
pronounced, medium gloss, similar to missionary cedar.
Characteristics
Semi-hard and semi-heavy wood, very resistant and durable, dense, ideal for
carpentry, very good workability, tendency to crack with nails and
screws, paints require special attention, resistant to fungus.
Applications
Excellent weather resistance, used for posts, very
sought after for carpentry and fine furniture, interior coverings,
high quality sheets
SHARE
Aspect
Porous wood, diffuse porosity. Axial parenchyma visible even when
view. Rectilinear radii visible with a magnifying glass. Visible brown vascular traces. Demarcated rings. Striped veining with darker vascular traces.
Characteristics
Hard wood, strong and resistant.
Applications
Carpentry, furniture, braces, rods, door and window frames.
PARADISE
Aspect
From orange with pink tones to a reddish brown. The sapwood has a
much more defined yellow tone.
Characteristics
A semi-hard density wood with a medium and high texture
performance when handling it in the workshop. Versatile, easy to dry, and ductile to
operate it. Easy to work with in nailing, screwing, polishing, varnishing and casting processes.
Applications
Ideal for making furniture such as desk and dining tables,
dressers and thin structures such as frames, door openings and
windows, decorative moldings and shelves.
SKIN
Aspect
Soft, but very resistant wood of light color, tending to gray, with
short and not very marked grain.
Characteristics
It is very weather resistant, its wood is knot-free, it is easy to
work, resists cracks and twists and weighs three times less than conventional wood.
Applications
Used for toys, instruments, moldings, roller blinds, valances, boats, etc.
THEIR BLANCO
Aspect
Yellowish-white, semi-hard and semi-heavy wood.
Characteristics
Right grain. Fine and homogeneous texture. With smooth design.
Undemarcated growth rings, diffuse porosity, small solitary pores, no arrangement, no contents.
Applications
Furniture, general carpentry, sheets for plates and offsets,
drawers
EUCALYPTUS
Aspect
It is semi-hard wood, predominantly pink in tone, and variations of gray and brown.
Characteristics
It has good weather resistance, free of knots. Easy and good handling in brushing, sanding processes, easy to nail and screw, with adequate fixation. Accepts paints and varnishes without difficulty.
Applications
Furniture, general carpentry, sheets for plates and offsets,
drawers
ARAUCARIA
Aspect
Light wood from yellow to creamy white. Very fine texture and
gently heterogeneous, and straight grain. The design is not very attractive, both in radial (veined) and tangential (flowered) cuts, since the rings are not well demarcated in the longitudinal cuts, due to the low proportion of the darker late log.
